Recruitment Specialist Supervisor
Cikarang (Jawa Barat) – Lippo Cikarang
- Execute day to day activities of Recruitment, Selection and also Assessment Prepare and create reports related to Recruitment, Selection Assessment activities.
- Communicate with the other Department to ensure whether the position and job title exist on Company Establishment/Manpower plan.
- Enhance business performance; focusing on Organization Design, Business Process Alignment & Job Analysis
- Improve employee development program such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning & Career Management using Competency-Cased Model
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
- 3 years experience in Human Resources area and having experience in supervisor level.
- Having experience in beverage company or executive search company is a must
- Skill in computer application software’s as spreadsheet, statistical program, word processor, and database
- Good knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Good communication skill either oral or written and in particular interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Placement in Lippo Cikarang
